• Digital products and services
• Items marked "non-returnable" on product page
• Customized or personalized items

📋 How to Return

• Go to My Account → Orders → Select order → Request Return
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Our pickup partner will collect within 2-3 days
• Refund processed after quality check

💰 Refunds

Refunds credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders refunded to bank account/UPI.
